The online ministry of The Springs Church will continue and expand, as we have recently ministered to more people than at any time in the 100-year history of our church family, including perhaps over twenty-five thousand views on Easter weekend. Our last in-person service was on March 15, and with the recent lifting of stay-at-home orders by our Governor, we feel the need to begin the process of regathering again and evaluate how that will look for us in three locations. We recognize there are churches who have already begun this and those that will continue to hold off. We want to do what is right for our church. Different people have different needs, and our hope is to provide a menu of options that allow people to make their own decision on a week-to-week basis. If you are sick or in a high-risk category, we would encourage you to err on the side of caution and stay home. Since information is constantly changing, our protocols will be updated weekly. We believe that God has supernaturally positioned us for an incredible season of ministry through the end of 2020 and into 2021. We want you to know our plan so that you can pray and prepare for an outpouring of God’s grace on our church family to bring the hope, help, and healing of Jesus Christ to more people than ever!

Step 1 – Sundays May 24 & 31 (Preparing the Campus and Leaders for Re-gathering)

Anyone may choose to:
1. Join us for church online in their home Sundays at 10am.
2. Join us for a drive-in service on May 31 at 6:30pm at Sole Sisters.

Step 2 – Sunday June 7 — 28 (Re-gathering)

On Sunday June 7, we will begin the process of regathering in our worship buildings.

  • High risk individuals are encouraged to continue to worship with us online.
  • Any person having any symptom (click here for symptoms) should continue to worship with us online.
  • Parents who join us in person for church are welcome to have their child or baby join them in the service. There will be no children activities for the month of June or July.
  • We will be updating changes on a weekly basis.
  • We encourage, but do not require, masks to be worn.
  • We will have touch-less sanitation stations located at the entrance & exit, and in all bathrooms.
  • Sanitation will be done in between each service prior to the next service starting.
  • We will increase cleaning and sanitation after each service & deep cleaning throughout the week.

Anyone may choose to:

  • Join us for church online in their home Sundays at 10am.
  • Attend services at one of our three locations. New Service times are: 8am, 9:30am, & 11am for all locations.
  • Half the chairs will be removed from each sanctuary so space will only be 50% full. Overflow rooms will be provided for each location in order to maintain the 50% ratio.
  • Pastor West will preach on video for various services due to the number of services required.

Step 3 – Springs Kids & Springs Babies & Surge Students (August)

  • We will begin the process of Springs Kids worship in August. We are currently working on creative ways to safely worship together with our children & nursery.
  • Student ministry will resume in August. Surge Students will meet on Sunday Evenings to allow total cleaning of the church throughout the week.
  • Springs Kids and Surge students will continue to minister online during this time as well.

Anyone may choose to:

  • Join us for church online in their home Sundays at 10am.
  • Attend one of our worship services and keep children & babies in service with you.
